  • Für unseren Kunden aus der Pharmaziebranche in Kaiseraugst, suchen wir einen erfahrenen, motivierten und aufgeschlossenen SAP eWM Specialist.

Hintergrund: Im Bereich Lager, Logistik und Verpackung in Kaiseraugst kommen modernste Verpackungsanlagen, Systeme zur Lieferkontrolle (Track & Trace), Systeme zur vollelektronischen Herstellungsdokumentation sowie Systeme zur hochautomatisierten Lagerverwaltung und Materialflusskontrolle zum Einsatz. Für den Bereich der hochautomatisierten Lager- und Logistikprozesse auf Basis von SAP eWM suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter oder Mitarbeiterin, der / die im Applikationssupport den operativen Betrieb der Anlagen sicherstellt und die Weiterentwicklung der existierenden Systemlösungen und Plattformen auf Basis von SAP eWM aktiv vorantreibt.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat: in hat einen Manufacturing / Logistik Hintergrund mit Erfahrung in der Informatik und gute SAP eWM Kenntnisse. Die Person ist extrovertiert, hat sehr gute Kommunikationskenntnisse, ist belastbar sowie analytisch und detailorientiert.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  1. First Level Support und Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit der Applikation (LAURA SAP eWM Applikation)
  2. Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Funktionalität der Applikation / Prozesse als Schnittstelle zwischen den operativen Betriebsbereichen und den technischen Dienstleistern
  3. Incident-Management im First Level Support (Hotline) mit Koordination der Incident-Bearbeitung zwischen den relevanten Stakeholdern (Business Process Owner, Kunden, IT, QA, Softwarelieferanten, Hardwarelieferanten etc.)
  4. Monitoring von wiederkehrenden Incidents und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen (Problem Management)
  5. Überwachung / Kontrolle / Monitoring von systemrelevanten Prozessen und Abläufen
  6. Kommunikation mit Usern via Telefon, Chat, E-Mail im Rahmen des Incident- und Problem Managements
  7. Pikettdienst und Abdeckung der Funktionszeiten mit der Bereitschaft zu potenzieller Schichtarbeit in der Zukunft
  8. Request-Management mit den Aufgaben eines Business Analyst zur Abstimmung von Änderungsanträgen mit den operativen Bereichen und relevanten Fachgruppen
  9. Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Durchführung von technischen Anwendertrainings
  10. Pflege der Wissensdatenbank (z.B. Betriebs- oder Installationsanweisungen, etc.)
  11. Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der System-Validierung

Ihr Profil:

  1. Höheres Fachdiplom / Zertifikat oder Studium im IT Bereich
  2. Min. 2-5 Jahre hands-on Arbeitserfahrung in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  3. Min. 2 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in First Level Support in einem technischen Umfeld mit SAP Applikationen (eWM Applikation)
  4. Min. 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der (pharmazeutischen) Logistik und IT Umfeld
  5. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides zwingend)
  6. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei Fragestellungen in einem technisch komplexen Umfeld
  7. Erfahrung im regulierten (GMP) Umfeld ist von Vorteil
