English Teacher

We are seeking an inspiring English teacher to join the largest and growing department at Institut auf dem Rosenberg. The candidate should be an inspirational, motivational and engaging English teacher to secondary and high school students in an international setting. Experience with teaching EAL is an advantage.

• Employ modern teaching techniques and have a proven track record of excellent academic results, classroom management and in-class differentiation;
• Have a proven record of accomplishment of teaching students of all age groups and differentiating effectively in the classroom;
• Have taught English Language and English Literature courses to international students;
• Have prepared students for international competitions;
• Are willing to develop and implement the Rosenberg International Curriculum;
• Are interested in taking an active part in the Institut auf dem Rosenberg’s extensive Talent & Enrichment programme;
• Have the ability to lead on projects and work independently.

• An appropriate degree with PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification;
• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience;
• The ability and willingness to teach International GCSEs/A-Levels, IB Diploma and US High School Diploma/Advanced Placements;
• Proven track record of guiding students through the examinations for the above degrees with excellent grades;
