Junior Office Manager

On behalf of our client in Wealth Management, we are looking for a motivated and full-time Junior Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their branch in Zurich.

This is a temp role with the possibility of going permanent in the near future.

Responsibilities
  • Managing local invoices, scanning, and submitting them to the London office for payment.
  • Booking local meeting rooms and arranging catering as needed for events or meetings.
  • Managing the inventory and the ordering of office and kitchen supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Managing calendars of the two senior members of staff and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Tracking team members' annual leave and working hours to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, including managing desk allocations and procuring necessary equipment.
  • Good command of both German and English.
