Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Engineering sowie Finance und Purchasing - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird.

Der Bereich Corporate Purchasing sorgt dabei im Hintergrund für die optimale und zeitgerechte Lieferung der erforderlichen Produkte und Dienstleistungen für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG.

Ihr Profil
  • Flexible, gut organisierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Versiert im Umgang mit der MS Office Palette
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (vorzugsweise KOST)
  • Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und optimalerweise Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicheres, authentisches Auftreten
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Gewährleistung einer durchdachten Warenannahme und Lagerbewirtschaftung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Receiving- und Purchasing Team
  • Tägliche Warenausgabe (Mo-So) an die operativen Abteilungen und die Corporate Services
  • Erfassen aller Transaktionen
  • Mithilfe bei Inventuren
  • Verantwortlich für die Lagerräume hinsichtlich Ordnung und Sauberkeit und tägliche Kontrolle des Entsorgungsbereiches
