Private Equity Intern

We acquire property and finance companies.
Primary Responsibilities- Preparation of analyses and active assistance with client presentations and projects.
- Supporting the team during the due diligence and M&A process.
- Preparation of investment documentation and presentation to the investment committee.
- Assess investment opportunities by developing financial models and reviewing commercial assumptions.
- Support in reporting to our investors.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in business administration, finance or similar.
- Ideally initial experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A or private equity.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for business administration.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
- Written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage.
- You will be part of an entrepreneurial company and dynamic team.
- Active participation in portfolio management (also on site if necessary).
- Flat hierarchical levels and the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly.
January 2025 or by arrangement, min. 6 months.
