This is a brand new opportunity for a Support Agent based in Manila to join our global support team at PageUp Group.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will ensure a positive customer experience by promptly responding to, troubleshooting, analysing, and resolving tickets in our support queue and live chat. Our team supports a global customer base across multiple time zones, and you will primarily cover our APAC region.

  1. Be the first point of contact for our customers to work to resolve a support issue.
  2. Provide outstanding, solution-oriented customer service.
  3. Identify and try to resolve customer queries and requests, escalating to second-level support if necessary.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive user requests, resolve issues and share ideas for enhancements with product management.
