Ihre Aufgaben

  1. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Forschungs- und Beratungsprojekten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Projekten in massgeschneiderten Executive Programmen für Unternehmen.
  2. Sie gestalten die digitale Kommunikation des Bereichs mit und setzen selbstständig Kommunikationskampagnen um. Dazu gehören die Aufbereitung von Content, Storytelling, das Verfassen von Testimonials sowie die Kommunikation der Inhalte über verschiedene Kanäle.
  3. Sie betreuen Kundenprojekte in der Marketing Management Weiterbildung und wirken bei der Publikation relevanter Forschungsergebnisse in internationalen wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften mit.
  4. Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium (Master) in den Fächern BWL, VWL oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Note 5.0 und besser, gemäss dem Schweizer Notensystem, respektive Note 2.0 und besser, gemäss dem deutschen Notensystem).
  5. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Marketing oder strategischem Management und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen.
  6. Interesse an wissenschaftlichen und praxisrelevanten Problemstellungen und erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung quantitativer (Befragungen, Experimente) und/oder qualitativer Forschungsmethoden.
  7. Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung, Organisationstalent sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität.
  8. Muttersprache Deutsch und sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
