International Service Technician

The Ferrum Group - with its subsidiaries Ferrum Packaging AG, Ferrum Process Systems AG and Ferrum Analytics and Sorting AG - employs a total of around 800 people and offers high-quality products and services worldwide in the field of mechanical engineering. More than 30 apprentices are trained at the Swiss plants in Rupperswil and Schafisheim. • Perform worldwide commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, and overhauls
• Provide internal and external customer training
• Advise customers and create spare parts and maintenance recommendations for internal processing
• Assist with internal tests and the completion of new machines
• Prepare reports, maintenance, and visit documentation

• Technical training in mechanics, such as a machinist, mechanic, electromechanic, or similar qualification
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
• Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for complex machinery
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage in fieldwork
• Independent working style, strong team spirit, resilience, and professional demeanor
• Proficient PC skills, with knowledge in electrical engineering/pneumatics
