Advanced Optical Materials, 2025. 13(10): p. 2402979.State-of-the-art electronic device fabrication techniques will be applied during the project, including thermal evaporation, magnetron sputtering, spin-coating, photolithography, and plasma etching. Advanced optical and electronic methods will be used for device characterization.The research activities will involve:Synthesis and deposition of perovskite thin films (e.g., thermal co-evaporation)Fabrication of charge-selective layers and transparent conductive oxide electrodesDevelopment of perovskite-specific integration and patterning methods (adapted photolithography, dry/wet etching)Comprehensive optoelectronic characterization of fabricated devicesCollaboration with industrial partnersSupervision of PhD students in the projectProfileWe are seeking highly motivated candidates with strong achievements and a proven track record.
