In qualità di Senior Cyber Security Incident Responder del nostro CSIRT, dovrai rispondere agli attacchi informatici confermati all'infrastruttura IT dei nostri principali clienti. In caso di emergenza, supporterai i nostri clienti e le loro aziende in una situazione molto impegnativa, contenendo i danni causati dall'attacco informatico e allontanando gli aggressori dall'infrastruttura IT.

Il CSIRT è una parte importante della nostra offerta per i clienti aziendali "Threat Detection and Response", dove contribuirai con la tua esperienza e le tue competenze come membro del team e ti assumerai la responsabilità di risolvere gli incidenti di sicurezza. Siamo in stretta collaborazione con i nostri SOC, Internal Security, Major Incident Management e altri specialisti per garantire una gestione efficace degli incidenti.

Responsabilità
  • Gestione di importanti incidenti informatici (ransomware, APT) e conduzione di analisi approfondite per ripristinare rapidamente le operazioni IT dei clienti interessati.
  • Raccolta ed analisi forense delle prove in laboratorio e presso i clienti.
  • Continua evoluzione della nostra piattaforma di risposta agli incidenti interna e dei processi per migliorare le capacità di analisi e risposta del CSIRT.
Requisiti
  • Diversi anni di esperienza nella risposta agli incidenti di sicurezza per attacchi informatici complessi.
  • Ampia esperienza in varie tecnologie (ad esempio Unix, Windows, rete, protezione degli endpoint come Microsoft Defender o Palo Alto XDR).
  • Conoscenza degli standard e delle tecnologie DFIR rilevanti.
Competenze Personali
  • Pensare in modo strategico, lungimirante e collegato in rete, oltre che resiliente e autonomo.
  • Apprezzamento per il lavoro di squadra, buone capacità comunicative e un atteggiamento sicuro di sé, anche in situazioni frenetiche con i clienti.
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco o dell'inglese.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su chiamata.
