For our branch in Chiasso, we are looking for a cashier who will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling cash transactions for Private Banking clients, including withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, and metal transactions;
• Welcoming customers and providing high-quality service;
• Handling sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;
• Managing access to and safe deposit boxes;
• Managing administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, archiving, and statistics;
• Handling administrative tasks relating to cash transactions, including accounting, archiving, daily and periodic checks, and statistics;
• Performing various administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cashier in a Bank;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency using IT tools;
• Client-oriented with the ability to empathize and listen to customers;
• Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages;
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize requests from different stakeholders;
• Accuracy, precision, and confidentiality;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.
