CCIT is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team in the EMEA region, operating out of our St Prex, Switzerland office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our aftermarket sales strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing our sales team’s performance through effective CRM management and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team CRM Management: Efficiently manage and utilize the CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- CRM Data Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient management of CRM data to ensure data integrity and support strategic decision-making.
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving all customer aftermarket support requests promptly.
- Aftermarket Support Requests: Manage all customer aftermarket support requests for standard services, spare parts, annual service contracts, tooling, and testing chamber proposals.
- Boosting Aftermarket Sales: Collaborate across departments to expand the aftermarket business using tactics such as email campaigning, sales outreach, and data-driven selling strategies.
- Annual Services Contracts and Calibration Services: Develop and manage Annual Services and Calibration Services contracts to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- CRM Proposal and Opportunity Management: Oversee the creation and management of CRM proposals and opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Sales Team Analytics: Provide the sales team with detailed analytics based on CRM results to drive performance improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Aftermarket Success Coordination: Work together with all Aftermarket Success Managers to analyze regional trends and boost global sales.
- GTS Team Collaboration: Work closely with the GTS Team to support and enhance order add-on services sales.
- Financial Department Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Financial and Operations departments to improve and support service revenue collection.
- New Order Administration Tasks: Manage the administration of new orders, ensuring smooth processing and fulfillment.
- Aftermarket Action Planning and KPIs: Develop and manage all Aftermarket business action plans supported with a robust KPI scorecard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales management within the European region.
- Strong understanding and experience with CRM systems and customer satisfaction management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from CRM data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, French, Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
