Das Master Data Excellence Team gehört zum Materials Management in Basel DS mit Fokus auf die Erstellung und Pflege von Master Data für Drug Substance Produktion am Standort. In unserer Verantwortung liegt der gesamte Lifecycle der Stammdaten von der Erstellung, Änderung und Stilllegung.

Wen wir suchen:

Du hast einen Hintergrund in Supply Chain, Master Data Maintenance, Analytics und/oder Reporting und kannst agil mit Daten umgehen, während du eng mit verschiedenen Partnern in einem internationalen Umfeld von Stakeholdern zusammenarbeitest. Zudem bringst du eine hohe Flexibilität mit, Prozesse einzubinden, proaktiv zu beschreiben und eigenverantwortlich durchzuführen.

Wir brauchen jemanden, der in der Lage ist, das grosse Ganze zu sehen: Anfragen analysieren und darüber nachdenken, wie man am besten vorgeht. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Datenverarbeitung, sondern viel mehr um Datenmanagement, Analytik und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben
  1. GMP-konforme Implementierung und Dokumentation: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-Vorgaben bei der Implementierung und Dokumentation von Aufgaben zur Gewährleistung hoher Produkt- und Prozessqualität.
  2. Stammdatenexzellenz: Gewährleistung der Exzellenz und Genauigkeit von Stammdaten sowie Überwachung interner und externer Prozesse und Trends durch Erstellen von Leistungskennzahlen und daraus abgeleiteten Aktionen.
  3. Förderung der Entwicklung, Pflege und Verbesserung effektiver und effizienter Arbeitsprozesse im Bereich der Datenpflege.
  4. Effiziente und kostensparende Prozessoptimierung: Kostenbewusstes Arbeiten durch kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und Identifikation von Effizienzsteigerungspotenzialen, insbesondere im Bereich Stammdatenpflege.
  5. Förderung einer positiven und produktiven Arbeitskultur: Aufbau und Erhaltung einer kollegialen, leistungsorientierten Arbeitsatmosphäre sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
  6. Change Management und Kommunikation: Implementierung von Change Management Maßnahmen, Reporting und KPI Verantwortung sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
Minimum Anforderungen
  1. Relevantes Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftswesen, Supply Chain etc.) oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Stammdaten-/Produktionsdaten-Management.
  2. SAP Stammdaten-Experte mit idealerweise auch Kenntnisse im MES bezogen auf Attribute und Materialverbuchungen und fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Masterdatenpflegeprozessen, idealerweise auch in S4 Hana und MDG-M.
  3. Analytische Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Daten zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung im Bereich Datenpflege und -optimierung.
  4. Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis: Tiefes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe und die Bedeutung von Stammdaten für die Organisation.
  5. Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Effektive Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern; Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
  6. Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, da Kommunikation in beiden Sprachen erforderlich ist.
