You will lead pan-European and global communications programs for international healthcare and corporate clients, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful strategies and campaigns from our Geneva office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of over 30 experts in integrated media, content, analytics, and strategy.What will you be doing?Act as the senior client contact, providing strategic counsel and managing relationships across key accounts.Lead the development and execution of communications strategies and plans tailored to complex, multi-market needs.Drive organic growth by proactively identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business development efforts.Manage and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources to deliver exceptional client work.Apply insight-led thinking to shape messaging frameworks, campaigns, and channel strategies, integrating traditional, digital, and social media.Who are you?Demonstrated success as an Account Director (or equivalent senior role) in a communications agency or in-house, preferably within a pharma/healthcare environment, with experience leading pan-European or global programs.Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling communications.A strategic and analytical mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities and anticipating client needs.Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.A collaborative leader and team player who inspires others and contributes positively to agency culture.Swiss national or EU passport holder with the right to work in Switzerland – international relocation is not offered.Why Weber Shandwick?At Weber Shandwick, we combine the advantages of a large, global network with the entrepreneurial spirit of a close-knit team.
