Am Standort Visp wird ein Team Lead Manufacturing Specialist PCP (m/w/d) gesucht. Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortlich für die Koordination, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der zugewiesenen Produktionsprozesse im Team Ansprechsperson und Koordination des SME- und Störmeldungswesens der jeweiligen Prozessequipments innerhalb von BioConjugates PCP Unterstützung während der Evaluierung Phase von CAPEX-Projekten und spätere Verantwortlichkeit für CQV-Aktivitäten von mobilen Equipments bis zur Inbetriebnahme unter GMP Proaktive Mitarbeit in betriebsübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen zur Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Technologien und Arbeitsabläufen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse innerhalb der zugewiesenen Technologien Personalverantwortung und fachliche Leitung eines Teams von ca. 5 Personen (Anlagemeister/Manufacturing Specialists) inkl. Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter im Team, Ressourcenplanung und Absenzenmanagement Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Aufgaben im Team unter Einhaltung der cGMP Richtlinien und GDP Ihr Anforderungsprofil: Lehrabschluss als Chemie-Pharmatechnologe EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Anlagemeister; Bachelor in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry; Technikerschule (HF) oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der GMP Produktion von API oder Biologics als Manufacturing Specialist oder vergleichbar Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Qualifizierung von Equipment unter GMP Einwandfreie stufengerechte Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (Support, Logistik, Betrieb, QA, QC und Engineering), lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hervorragendes Planungs- und Organisationstalent innerhalb von komplexen Projekten, ausgezeichnete Team- und Sozialkompetenz Strukturierte, fokussierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, positive Einstellung, Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Aufgeschlossenheit für neue Ideen und Vorschläge Hohe Motivation und dynamischer Antrieb Lonzas Produkte und Services wirken sich täglich positiv auf Millionen von Menschen aus.
