Responsibilities
  • Verantwortung für die Abteilung und Führung des operativen Teams (ca. 7 Mitarbeiter/innen)
  • Budgetverantwortung der Abteilung
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, wie z.B. Abwicklung von Sendungen und Betreuung der eigenen Kunden sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalentwicklung und Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Sicherstellung der Urlaubsplanung sowie Kontrolle der Überstunden
  • Beratung der Kunden im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Erstellung von Spotangeboten)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Partner (z.B. bei Transportproblemen/Schadensfällen)
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten rund um das Luftfrachtgeschäft
Qualifications
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Speditions-Berufslehre
  • Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfracht-Spedition (mindestens 5 Jahre oder mehr), GDP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Speditionsmarkts
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Fremdsprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du bist zielorientiert, belastbar und flexibel
  • Du handelst lösungs- und kundenorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Du bist zuverlässig und hast ein hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Strukturiertes, organisiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du verfügst über einen ausgezeichneten Leumund
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gesamten MS-Office Palette (Word, Excel und Outlook) und anderen EDV-Systemen (idealerweise CargoWiseOne) sind für dich kein Problem
