Our mission: We safely power your flight. Responsibilities Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally compliant workplace for all employees, in line with all rules and regulations. Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with SRT, airworthiness and regulatory requirements at all times. Plan and allocate staff according to engine planning, including vacation planning, and monitor labour efficiency. Coordinate support across SR Technics departments, ensuring tools, equipment and work documentation are available and effective. Actively manage and develop human resources, focusing on skills availability, training and development needs. Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement to optimise processes and achieve key performance indicators. Drive a strong performance culture through target setting, regular follow‑up and effective performance management focused on motivation. Qualifications 5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment. 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician. Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality. Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage. English B2+ (German is a plus).
