Ce que vous accomplissez
  1. Vous collectez, analysez et modélisez les données financières, commerciales, géomarketing et techniques pour appuyer la stratégie d'expansion et de rénovation de l'entreprise.
  2. Vous soutenez le responsable du service en garantissant les études préliminaires, en participant à la réalisation d'études de faisabilité, en optimisant les processus décisionnels.
  3. Vous assurez un rôle essentiel dans l'élaboration des cahiers des charges et de leur alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques.
  4. Vous structurez les KPI pour les analyses de faisabilité, optimisant notre stratégie d'expansion.
  5. Vous réalisez des études et analyses, assurant une compréhension claire du projet pour tous.
  6. Vous participez à la modélisation financière, pilotant la rentabilité de nos projets.

Ce que vous apportez
  1. Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) · Technique chef de projets ou économiste de la construction
  2. 1-3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projets et analyse de données
  3. Français (couramment), Allemand (bonnes connaissances)
  4. Capacité à utiliser des outils d'analyse de données pour extraire des informations pertinentes, aidant ainsi à l'élaboration de décisions stratégiques
  5. Aptitude à créer, adapter et interpréter des modèles financiers pour prévoir les performances financières futures
  6. Compréhension approfondie du secteur de la construction, y compris les tendances, les défis et les opportunités, permettant de contextualiser les analyses et les décisions
