Join our fast‑paced, high‑growth team in a pivotal Revenue Operations role that directly impacts Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and optimize core business processes and tools across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. Support initiatives focused on process improvements, technology implementations, data integrity, and system integrations. Leverage CRM experience to build, refine, and maintain lead‑management and sales‑funnel processes. Support Sales Controlling and Order Management, driving process improvements. Analyze data from various sources and platforms, ensuring strong data hygiene, reliable reporting, and clear cross‑department visibility. Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, alignment, and change management. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / similar roles – preferably in the Tech industry. Hands‑on SDR/BDR operations experience (lead‑to‑win processes). Strong CRM experience – HubSpot, preferably with Salesforce as well. Proven data‑analysis skills and experience delivering data‑driven initiatives. Familiarity with pipeline management, sales cycles, and the lead‑to‑cash process, including identifying and executing optimization opportunities. Strong understanding of sales and marketing workflows and automation tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Demonstrated success managing projects and implementing operational improvements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with customer success tools and process optimization. Experience collaborating with Legal (contracts, approvals, workflows). Bonus: Marketing Operations experience.
