For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (w/m/d) Global Business Process Manager 100%.

For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (w/m/d) Global Business Process Manager 100%.

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
  • Independently leads the corresponding initiative within the global Aspire team, consisting of business and IT representatives, including continuous, active team coaching.
  • Responsible for the realization of the prioritized backlog within the framework of the agile method used in the program (SAFe).
  • Decision-making for the development of the global template, ensuring that the further development of global processes meets all requirements for efficiency, harmonization, and sharing of best practices.
  • Proactively drives the development of new integrated end-to-end processes, focusing on operational waste management and linking these processes to the circular economy.
  • Communicates with relevant stakeholders, maintains a global, cross-divisional network, and works to improve relevant global processes.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and adaptation of the global process framework according to the global Roche process architecture.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
  • University degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a comparable field, with a strong understanding of business and IT processes.
  • Bachelor's degree (8+ years of professional experience) or Master's degree (6+ years).
  • Strong strategic thinking, ideally proven in a global function.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German would be a big plus.
  • Excellent networking skills, strong intercultural collaboration abilities, and a people-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change by inspiring people and implementing robust processes to ensure sustainability.
