Reference & Shipping Management Operator We are seeking a Reference & Shipping Management Operator to support logistics operations at the site level. This role focuses on managing reference samples and coordinating global shipping orders in a regulated environment. Acting as the main point of contact for project teams, you will ensure smooth and compliant logistics processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute global shipment orders of pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare samples (including aliquoting) and manage reference substance inventory (electronic and physical) for centralized facilities. Ensure adherence to cost, quality, quantity, and timelines for all assigned tasks. Maintain compliance with applicable quality standards, systems, and processes. Utilize advanced tools, laboratory automation, and specialized facilities to support operations. Contribute to digital initiatives as a subject matter expert (optional). Create raw data documentation for internal and external clients; review and approve documents within your scope. Act as the local representative of a global team and primary contact for internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues when applicable. Must-Haves Completed vocational training in shipping, pharmaceutical development, logistics, or equivalent experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in global shipping logistics; knowledge of analytical development or manufacturing is a plus. Strong understanding of quality principles (GMP, ALCOA+). Proficiency with software tools and computer systems. Fluent in German and English. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently; prior management experience is an advantage.
