Responsibilities- Develop outbound sales through lead generation and strategic market development.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Contact and qualify leads.
- Set appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management and related departments (product, marketing, support...).
- Experience in sales or similar "hunting" activities (i.e. recruiting, cold calling, telemarketing, market research, fundraising, retail...).
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies are considered an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Fluency in German and English are a must. Other languages are considered an advantage.
- Personal responsibility, independence and the possibility to create value.
- Develop, learn and contribute within a highly talented and experienced team.
- Based in Zürich with occasional travel to Portugal.
- 30 days of vacation.
