We are looking for a Procurement Delivery Associate for the ongoing construction projects at the Basel site.ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices using ERP systemsManage contracts and tenders administrativelyConduct non-complex tendersHandle warranties, acceptance protocols, and insurance documentationSupport procurement activities for projects and business-related requestsExecute smaller procurement tasks (ad hoc, call-off, reactive / planned)Ensure procurement compliance with category specifications, policies, and contractsCollaborate with stakeholders to implement appropriate procurement processesRequirementsCompleted 3-year apprenticeship in office communicationsMinimum 3 years of procurement experienceStrong communication skills and business requirement understandingProficiency in procurement systems and tools (, SAP, e-contracting)Excellent command of German and EnglishJob Title : Procurement Delivery AssociateJob Type : ContractAston Carter, an Allegis Group company.
