Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise client who helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. They partner with organizations to train AI large language models, helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code.

To continue with their mission, they are currently partnering with Upwork to find talented coders to help train generative artificial intelligence models.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Training Gen AI models
  • Crafting and answering questions related to computer science to help train AI models
  • Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
Qualifications
  • No requirement for previous AI experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Swiss French
  • Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
