En tant que Program Manager E-commerce chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de :

  • Acquérir et appliquer la méthode et les processus de gestion de projet définis par l'IT.

  • Assurer la gouvernance du projet :

  • Finaliser le cadrage afin de collecter les besoins métiers et identifier les dépendances techniques avec d'autres projets ou applications.

  • Faciliter les ateliers fonctionnels et techniques.

  • Piloter le planning et le périmètre du projet.

  • Assurer la communication sur l'avancement des livrables auprès de l'équipe projet et des parties prenantes.

  • Identifier et remonter au management tout risque pouvant impacter le respect du planning.

  • Veiller à l'application des standards et bonnes pratiques définis par la DSI.

Profil :

  • Excellente maîtrise des écosystèmes SI et digitaux.

  • Expérience avérée dans un environnement digital orienté client et data.

  • Connaissances générales des technologies digitales et du e-commerce (CRM, e-commerce, PIM…).

  • Organisé, fiable et autonome, alliant rigueur et aisance relationnelle pour communiquer efficacement et établir une relation de confiance avec les clients.

  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements exigeants, nécessitant autonomie et prise d'initiative.

  • Esprit analytique, méthodique, souci de la qualité, force de proposition, respect des processus et esprit collaboratif.

  • Pragmatique, capable de communiquer clairement avec des interlocuteurs de terrain, privilégiant les actions concrètes et les résultats mesurables.

  • Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais.
