Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing produziert mit seinen ca. 650 Mitarbeitern Large und Small Molecule APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) für die klinische und kommerzielle Versorgung.

Das Team Operation & Asset Care Tanklager im Value Stream Small Molecules ist hauptverantwortlich für den sicheren und GMP-konformen Betrieb der Tanklager und der Rohrbrücke.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions- und Supportabteilungen von Basel DS Manufacturing und den Serviceabteilungen am Standort Basel (speziell mit dem Engineering, Werkstatt, Manufacturing-IT und Einkauf)
  • Sicherstellen der vorgeschriebenen Funktion und des bestimmungsmässigen Einsatzes der Anlagen
  • Betrieb der Anlagen gemäss der Produktionsbedürfnisse, wie z.B. UT-Reinigungen, Rohrleitungsumbelegungen, Mediumwechsel, Organisation der Rohrbrücke etc.
  • Pflegen der Anlagenlogbücher
  • Planen und Koordinieren von Werkstattarbeiten (Störungsbehebung, Umbauten, Revisionen)
  • Auslösen, Beurteilen und Durchführen von Equipment Change Control
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von APV`s und SOP`s
  • Troubleshooting bei technischen Störungen
  • SME bei Risikoanalysen (Qualität, Prozess-Sicherheit, technische Sicherheit)
  • Meldung und Bereitung von Abweichungen oder Sicherheitsvorfällen, sowie SME für Abklärungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen in allen Arbeitsbereichen

Für diese spannende Herausforderung bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion und Reinigung von Produktionsanlagen.
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Funktionsweise der Anlagen
  • Motivation Neues zu lernen und anzuwenden
  • Wille Prozesse zu verbessern unter Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen
  • Konstruktive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit in diversen, selbst organisierten Teams
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Wille, Entscheidungen im Verantwortungsbereich zu treffen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in deutscher Sprache sowie ein versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Google Applications
