Eventmanagement bedeutet oft Stress und stundenlange Planung. Unsere Software unterstützt Event-Organisatoren dabei, Veranstaltungen effizienter zu gestalten, damit das Event-Management-Team den Fokus auf die kreative Gestaltung des Events legen und somit ein nachhaltiges Event-Erlebnis geschaffen werden kann.

Wen suchen wir?

Als Senior Produkt Manager bei evenito bist du für die strategische Entwicklung und das Management unseres B2B SaaS-Produktes verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams & dem evenito Management zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Produkt kontinuierlich verbessert wird, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu erfüllen und neue zu gewinnen.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Ausrichtung und Entwicklung des Produkts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und Product Owner.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Sales, Customer Success, Innovation, Entwicklungsteam und Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktstrategie effektiv umgesetzt wird und Kundenerfolg gewährleistet ist.
  • Priorisierung von Funktionalitäten, Bedürfnissen und Ressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt kontinuierlich Mehrwert für Kunden generiert und die Rentabilität steigert.
  • Erarbeitung neuer Produktkonzepte & -Ideen basierend auf gesammeltem Feedback.
  • Leitung von großen Implementierungsprojekten sowie Identifizierung und Umsetzung von wertsteigernden Funktionen für Kunden aller Größenordnungen.
  • Leitung von Produkt-Roadmap-Meetings, Stakeholder-Präsentationen und Feedback-Sessions, um sicherzustellen, dass alle relevanten Parteien in den Entwicklungsprozess eingebunden sind.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für B2B-SaaS-Produkte, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Software für Enterprise-Kunden.
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit, datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Dynamisch, agil und teamorientiert mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
  • Erfahrungen rund oder in der Eventbranche sind von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend
  • Kenntnisse im UX-Design und Fähigkeit, komplexe Benutzeranforderungen in intuitive und ansprechende Prozesse umzusetzen sind von Vorteil
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
