Supply Chain Expert - Labelling and Translation (m/f/d)

Freelance/temporary employment for a project in Luzern. Start date: asap. Reference number: 772804/1.

Responsibilities
  1. Creation of label text translations using a translation database and approval of the translations regarding study-specific, company-internal, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
  2. Creating and monitoring the project schedule and coordinating projects from label text translation to delivery of labels to the packaging department.
  3. Ensures through effective project management that communication to the relevant parties is guaranteed at all times and that the project requirements can be met.
  4. Advising the responsible project manager on the determination of the label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
  5. Ensuring that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Profile
  1. The ideal candidate has at minimum a bachelor’s degree and/or solid experience in the clinical supplies space (packaging/labeling operations).
  2. The individual must possess excellent communication skills.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  4. Very good German and English skills.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Analytical thinking.
  7. Eye for detail.
  8. Able to work in the GMP environment.
