Production Engineer - Montage| - %

Ref-Nr. 5 Arbeitsort: Solothurn Entwickeln Sie sich zusammen mit uns weiter und produzieren Sie Medizintechnik-Lösungen, welche je länger je mehr gefragt sind.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  1. Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und der Leistung von komplexen Montage- und Bedruckungs-Anlagen für unsere Penproduktion
  2. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von FMEAs (Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse) und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung technischer Maßnahmen
  3. Verantwortlich für den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) und der Steigerung des OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
  4. Lebenszyklusorientiertes und nachhaltiges Equipmentmanagement sicherstellen
  5. Fachliche Verantwortung zwischen der Produktion und dem Betriebsmittelunterhalt im Fachgebiet
  6. Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Produktionssystemtechnischen Optimierungen
  7. Validierung/Revalidierung von Herstellprozessen und Pflege bestehender Dokumente wie Arbeits- und Wartungsanweisungen

Ihr Profil

  1. Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im produktionstechnischen Umfeld und erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Weiterbildung FH/HF
  2. Erfahrung in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik sowie mit hochautomatisierten Produktionssystemen
  3. Gute Kenntnisse aus dem Lean Management, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Abschluss und der Ursachenanalyse sind willkommen
  4. Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, methodische Herangehensweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-On-Mentalität mit
  5. Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
