We’re excited to be partnering with a dynamic software agency based in Solothurn, who are renowned for their expertise in crafting cutting-edge web solutions, mobile apps, and 3D product configurations.

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Creating wireframes, design systems, and UI prototypes using Figma.
  • Collaborating with customers, product owners, and the development team within an agile environment.
  • Be a key part of the design process for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, online shops, 3D configurators, and SaaS software.
  • Participate in workshops to foster creative and innovative design approaches.
  • Work on projects involving modern technologies, distributed teams, with both international and local clients.

What they are looking for from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI design for web and mobile software (UX research is a plus).
  • A higher education degree in interaction design (university or applied sciences).
  • Expertise in creating navigation and operating concepts, wireframes, design systems, and UI prototypes using Figma and Miro.
  • Familiarity with user testing, UCD, Design Thinking, MVPs, prototyping, and agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong creative mindset and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Passion for working in a flexible, modern, and creative digital environment.
  • You’ll be based in their vibrant Solothurn office 1 day a week.
