Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Operations Manager FR / ENG en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) à Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) intégrera et prendra la charge du département des Opérations de la société financière.

Notre client est une belle société financière suisse bien implantée à Genève et à Zurich.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein du département des Opérations bancaires ;
  • Comptabilisation et du contrôle des opérations de bourse / cash ;
  • Suivi au quotidien des livraisons de toutes les opérations de titres ;
  • Traitement et suivi des suspens ;
  • Saisie et l'enrichissement des entrées de fonds ;
  • Support à la clientèle ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Encadrement d'une équipe junior de deux collaborateurs ;
  • Formation des collaborateurs ;
  • Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Diplôme bancaire ou formation équivalente ;
  • Minimum trois années d'expérience similaire dans les opérations bancaires au sein d'une banque privée, d'une société de gestion et / ou d'un family office en Suisse ;
  • Maîtrise obligatoire de la plateforme SECOM et Olympic ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
  • Une première expérience managériale comme un atout ;
  • Rigoureux(se), analytique, stable & très professionel(le) ;
  • Sens de la confidentialité.
