Your Tasks

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Manage social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content to boost brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze marketing trends to identify emerging opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and brand-related activities
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports and analyze campaign performance metrics

Your Profile

• Hospitality background with a strong understanding of the luxury sector
• Passionate about gaining hands-on experience in Marketing, Public Relations, and Sustainability
• German at native-speaker level is essential; Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a valuable asset
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about the intersection of branding and sustainability
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media platforms (Meta)
• A team player with attention to detail and a commitment to advancing sustainability initiatives and delivering high-quality work
