On behalf of our client, a leading international private diagnostics group, we are seeking a highly skilled Pathologist to join their expanding team in Zurich. About the Role:

This is a hybrid position within a forward-thinking diagnostics group that values innovation and collaboration. General pathologists are welcome, though candidates with sub-specialties are highly desirable, for example in cytopathology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform histopathological and cytopathological evaluations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work within an advanced digital pathology network, enabling seamless remote collaboration.
• Participate in tumor boards, interdisciplinary case discussions, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in continuous learning, research, and professional development.
• Provide support to colleagues, especially regarding areas of expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Board-certified Pathologist with expertise in general pathology (countries outside of Switzerland are considered).
• Sub-specialization in molecular pathology, cytopathology, or additional specialty in Neuropathology is a strong advantage.
• Experience or willingness to work in a digital pathology environment.
• Fluent German speaker (C1 minimum essential); international candidates are welcome.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented professional committed to diagnostic excellence.
