Essential Responsibilities:- Contract management:
- Reviewing customer submissions;
- Calculating appropriate risk premium;
- Drawing up insurance solutions tailored to customers’ needs, including editing wordings;
- Conducting risk visits together with brokers and our Risk Consulting team to identify, analyze and evaluate site-specific risks;
- Building long-term relationships with customers, brokers and other AXA entities;
- Collaborating across departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance and other internal teams;
- Participating and supporting internal strategic projects.
- Customizing communication (project updates) appropriate to the audience, ensuring content appeals to the core interests and values of the client and business partners;
- Partnering with the business to determine objectives of negotiation (additional services, optimal value, favorable contract terms);
- Consulting with other subject matter advisors to ensure that the best interests of AXA XL are represented in negotiations.
- Developing, recommending and championing continuous improvement efforts;
- Staying ahead of industry developments and best practices and making recommendations where applicable.
- Professional experience in the insurance, or logistics and trading industry, ideally 5 years or more;
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward;
- Well-spoken and a communicative, confident and discrete manner towards clients and business partners;
- Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment;
- Proficient in standard MS Office tools;
- Linguistic proficiency in German and English and/or French.
