- Prise en charge de la direction opérationnelle multifacettes de la coopérative d'habitation.
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur de toutes les parties prenantes et, avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire et bien formée issue de la gérance, de l'administration et de la conciergerie, vous garantissez l'efficacité du déroulement des affaires courantes.
- Gestion du personnel de la gérance et promotion des collaborateurs.
- Responsable des finances et de la comptabilité.
- En collaboration avec la direction stratégique (comité), vous veillez au développement de la coopérative et assurez la planification à long terme du portefeuille immobilier et l'entretien des immeubles.
- Collaboration avec des parties prenantes externes telles que la Ville de Bienne, les communes environnantes ainsi que les associations coopératives d'habitation Suisse, Association régionale BE-SO et IG Biel Seeland.
- Une personnalité innovante et communicative, dotée d'une formation dans le secteur immobilier.
- Vous disposez en outre d'une expérience de direction dans la gestion d'une organisation à but non lucratif, assortie de solides connaissances dans le domaine de la construction et des finances.
- Identification aux valeurs de l'habitat d'utilité publique et à notre charte.
- Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances orales et écrites de l'autre langue.
- Une activité porteuse de sens, variée, dans un esprit dynamique.
