are looking for a Boutique Manager for a luxury fashion brand.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Zurich flagship store of a renowned luxury fashion brand.
Responsibilities:- Analytics and KPIs: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve their best.
- Clienteling and PR: Build strong relationships with clients and manage public relations efforts.
- Stock Supervision: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and key stakeholders.
- High energy, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for fashion, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in German and English.
