SAP DMS Expert vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

  • Provide management support services that enable the delivery of customer-facing IT services and networks.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution, following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Incident Management, Incident Diagnosis, and Incident Resolution within SLA.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Client and server imaging and OS deployments and upgrades.
  • Fully proficient with server deployment, patching, server updates, and backups.
  • Language skills: English and German fluent.
  • Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
  • A high degree of self-organisation and time management.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
