For an international company in the global Agribusiness market in Basel, we are looking for an Online Crime Detection Data Analyst (f / m / d) - temporary assignment, 100%, min 8 months.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of an online brand protection “knowledge hub” (intranet page).
  • Compile relevant statistics and analyze infringement trends.
  • Coordinate takedown activity with third-party vendors.
  • Assist the client's Corporate Security team in delivering its mission to protect internal people and assets against crime.
  • Deepen understanding of essential Security programs in asset protection related to intellectual property infringements, regulatory issues, and other fraudulent activities found by various scraping tools across digital channels including online e-commerce platforms, social media channels, mobile applications, and domain names.
  • Responsible for researching and compiling takedown argumentation based on local laws, regulations, and platform rules to remove fraudulent activity.

Profile

  • Business administration, law, or criminal science background required.
  • Project Management and process improvement experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Experience in creating editorial content.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quality focus, fast learner, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Team player with the ability to understand the business environment and “must win” priorities.
  • Experience with impactful risk-based intelligence-led security programs to support business.
  • Self-reliant with the ability to take initiative.
