ICT Operational Engineer

Au sein d'une équipe technique, tu supervises la bienséance des opérations pour le compte de nos clients et coordonnes les activités techniques. Tu es également le point d'escalade dans la réalisation des changements en cas d'incidents majeurs. Tu veilles au respect des KPI/SLA. Tu amènes une visibilité sur les opérations et fournis un reporting de l'activité technique.
Responsabilités- Exploitation des systèmes d'information de nos clients: compréhension des processus et des pratiques liés à la gestion des opérations informatiques est importante. Cela inclue la gestion des incidents, la gestion des changements, la gestion des problèmes et la gestion des actifs informatiques.
- Gestion des serveurs, les systèmes d'exploitation. Assurer la configuration, le monitoring, la gestion des correctifs, les mises à jour et les sauvegardes régulières des données.
- Compréhension des réseaux informatiques, des protocoles de communication (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) et des technologies de réseau.
- Sécurité informatique : Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des mesures de sécurité appropriées pour protéger les systèmes, les réseaux et les données de l'organisation.
- Gestion des incidents et du support : Résoudre les problèmes de systèmes et réseaux en fournissant un support technique de haut niveau, diagnostiquer les pannes, résoudre les incidents et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
- Mise en œuvre des processus pour une gestion efficace des incidents et des demandes de support, avec une documentation des procédures techniques, des configurations système et des rapports d'incidents.
- Collaboration et coordination : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes : le support de premier niveau, les architectes, les administrateurs applicatifs. Coordonner les mises à jour et les changements technologiques.
- Expérience en ingénierie système et administration, y compris les services cloud (Azure, AWS).
- Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux, sécurité et résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences en gestion d'incidents, travail autonome et en équipe.
- Connaissances en programmation, scripting, automatisation et suivi de projets techniques.
- Résidence en Suisse romande idéalement avec un très bon niveau de français et d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Savoir-faire en matière d'opérations dans un contexte Active Directory avec de bonnes connaissances des processus ITIL.
