• Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities.
• Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties within EU and outside EU.
• Compensation trade.
• Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements.
• Preparation of correction notes.
• Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements.
• Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies.
• Archiving documentation.
• Reconciliation of RMA returns.
• Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables.
• Running month-end closing reports.

• Experience in accounting.
• Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Experience with SAP system would be an asset.
• Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to details.
• Good organization skills and a willingness to learn.
