Notre client, une société internationale, recherche pour compléter le team, un(e)

But du poste :

Réservation et coordination de tous les déplacements des collaborateurs en lien avec nos filiales ou autres.

Organisation des fêtes de la société.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Réservation des billets d’avion directement sur la plateforme Amadeus ; coordination de déplacements occasionnels en jets privés pour certains membres de la Direction.
  • Réservation d’hôtels, de trains, transferts et location de voitures ; demandes de visas et préparation des lettres d’invitations.
  • Coordination de tous les déplacements en lien avec nos filiales ; communication vers International SOS concernant les voyages sensibles.
  • Vérification des factures pour les réservations d’hôtel et les billets d’avion ; établissement des statistiques ; enquêtes et réclamations en cas de litiges / erreurs.
  • Négociation des contrats annuels avec les hôtels et les compagnies aériennes.
  • Mise en place, en lien avec le département IT, d’un outil interne au Groupe pour les demandes de voyage et leur validation.
  • Mise à jour et alimentation du système interne de gestion des absences avec les voyages d’affaires.
  • Organisation de séminaires et d’événements pour les collaborateurs du groupe (soirées d’été, soirées de Noël).
  • Support et conseils pour la rédaction de la politique interne des Voyages.

  • Proactif et novateur, vous devez être totalement fiable, rechercher l'excellence, respecter la bonne gouvernance et les principes HSSEQ dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise et tenir compte de la réputation de l'entreprise à tout moment, en particulier dans le respect du code de conduite.
  • Vous êtes responsable de vos résultats personnels, et n'hésitez pas à faire preuve d'une attitude proactive et créative avec un attachement particulier au travail d'équipe.

Principales relations de travail :

  • Interne : tous les collaborateurs de la société à Genève et filiales.
  • Externe : Représentants des hôtels, les prestataires évènementiels, représentants des compagnies aériennes.

Expérience & formations requises :

  • 5 ans minimum d’expérience en voyages d’affaires.
  • Bonnes connaissances d’Amadeus.
  • Français et anglais courant.
