  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotelbranche. Erfahrung in der Front Office Abteilung in der gehobenen Hotellerie sind von Vorteil.
  • Du besitzt gute EDV-Kenntnisse; Opera und PMS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im schriftlichen und mündlichen Sinne.
  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung.
  • Du zeigst Aufgeschlossenheit und bist ein Teamgeist.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schaffung hervorragender Ankunfts- und Abreiseerlebnisse für unsere Gäste.
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung und Rechnungsstellung.
  • Persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts.
  • Aktives Upselling und Einschreiben von Gästen, um sicherzustellen, dass das monatliche Ziel erreicht wird.
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Telefonanrufe, Reservierungs- und Spa-Anfragen.
