Notre équipe marketing, composée de quatre professionnels dynamiques, travaille de manière collaborative et innovante pour proposer un service 360°, de la stratégie à la réalisation de l’ensemble de nos actions marketing et communication. Afin de compléter cette équipe engagée et créative, nous recherchons un·e motivé·e et enthousiaste, pour contribuer activement à nos projets print, digitaux et d’entreprise. VOTRE RÔLE Vous participez aux différentes activités du service Marketing & Communication, avec une approche polyvalente et opérationnelle. Vos missions principales Concevoir et réaliser des supports de communication visuels pour la promotion de nos projets immobiliers : brochures, affiches, flyers, dépliants, bannières, annonces, supports grand format, etc. Créer et décliner des contenus digitaux et interactifs (réseaux sociaux, site internet, newsletters). Concevoir des contenus vidéo dynamiques (présentation de biens, interviews collaborateurs, événements, storytelling), de l’idée au montage motion design avec After Effects. Développer et améliorer l’expérience utilisateur (UX/UI) de nos supports digitaux (site internet, pages projets, contenus interactifs) et l’usage de Figma pour la conception UX/UI (maquettes de pages). Assurer la cohérence visuelle de la marque sur l’ensemble des supports print et digitaux. Gérer les relations avec les prestataires externes (imprimeurs, fournisseurs de matériel, agences). Suivre, commander et gérer le matériel marketing print (goodies, bâches, panneaux, affiches, supports événementiels). Participer à des projets transversaux en collaboration avec les différents services de l’entreprise. VOTRE PROFIL CFC de graphiste ou CFC d’Interactive Media Designer ou diplôme ES / HES / Bachelor en design graphique, communication visuelle, digital design ou formation jugée équivalente. Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Bonne maîtrise d’outils de montage vidéo (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut ou équivalent). À l’aise avec les supports print et digitaux, de la création à la production. Expérience ou aisance avec WordPress. Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Aisance rédactionnelle et excellente orthographe. Esprit d’équipe, excellente communication et sens du service. Personnalité créative, dynamique, ouverte d’esprit, autonome, structurée et attrait pour l’immobilier. Bonne gestion du stress et sens des priorités. Portfolio requis (print, digital, vidéo). After Effects (animations simples, titres, transitions) en complément du montage vidéo.
