Your Mission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft VM guidelines tailored for the B2B environments, ensuring they resonate with our premium brand standards and vision.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of VM initiatives guaranteeing every detail meets our high standards of quality.
- Create renders and detail-centric guidelines and principles to elevate our brand presentation in B2B.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, always seeking new ways to innovate and elevate our visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver VM initiatives on time and within budget, ensuring seamless execution.
Your Story
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you're well-versed in the nuances of B2B VM.
- Your attention to detail is unparalleled, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your forte, making cross-team collaboration a breeze.
- You're proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and have 3D rendering skills to bring your ideas to life.
- Juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines is second nature to you.
- Above all, you're a creative thinker with a deep passion for design and a keen sense of style and brand aesthetics.
Meet The Team
The Visual Experience department is made up of the Visual Merchandising, Campaign Design and Campaign Production teams. We shape, enhance and define the visual expression of the brand, through holistic, curated product storytelling and impactful campaign activation in DTC, B2B, showrooms and events. We tell stories that push our purpose and to connect, inspire and engage with our communities and fans.
