As a Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice, you will pursue exciting transformation in WAM, BCM and insurance initiatives related to technology and design, plan, and deliver technology-enabled solutions for our clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPursuing exciting business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sectorTaking responsibility and leading the delivery of project streams and internal initiativesCollaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shaping ideas and designing solutions which leverage technology as a competitive advantageApplying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical mannerLeveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goalsPreparing and driving internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessions related to business-led, technology-enabled transformationCo-hosting events & preparing targeted client communicationsHelping to drive go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clients in a technology-enabled spaceSkills And Attributes For SuccessYou have fresh ideas, an innovative mind and have a strong desire to structure and solve problemsGood understanding about the financial services industry and the private banking businessHave an affinity for technology, data and AI related topicsHands-on experience in consulting, business transformation or technology related projects (e.g. AI, technology transformation projects, analytics & tools, collaboration with IT teams) is preferred for this position, ranging from first experiences to 2-3 years of experience depending on the level.Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciencesStrong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sectorStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen and stakeholder management skillsStrong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographiesFluency in English and French is mandatoryIdeally you will also have:Project management experience in business or technology transformation projects, including the ability to recognize and track dependencies among projects and/or streamsBusiness analysis and requirements engineeringExperience with Agile and Design Thinking methodologiesExperience in large transformation programs including multiple stakeholdersExperience and/or interest in leading a small team as part of a project streamWhat we offerEY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
