We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial 360° Consultant to join our Experis Basel office. This is a unique opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build lasting relationships, and grow our presence in one of Switzerland’s most vibrant markets. Your Impact Own the entire recruitment process: from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. Develop strategic partnerships with clients, offering consultative workforce solutions tailored to the IT sector. Drive new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and expand Experis’ footprint in the Basel region. Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term success. Manage performance metrics and financial targets, contributing directly to the growth of the Basel office. Your Profile Proven experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the IT sector. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools, plus strong social media awareness.
