Elektronikentwickler (m/w/d)

Tätigkeitsgebiet

Als Teil unseres Teams übernehmen Sie in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsprojekten die Verantwortung für die Elektronik. Dabei beherrschen Sie den kompletten Entwicklungszyklus von der Ideenfindung und Auslegung bis hin zur Serienbetreuung. Sie planen und erarbeiten Konzepte, finden Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Industriedesign und Funktionalität, ohne dabei regulatorische Anforderungen aus den Augen zu verlieren.

In den Projekten sind Sie in der Lage, selbständig PCBs oder SOMs zu entwickeln und kümmern sich um deren Integration ins Gesamtsystem. Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten als Entwickler zählen auch der Aufbau von Prototypen, die Betreuung von Verifikationstests oder die EMV-Optimierung eines Systems in unserem EMV-Labor. Sie begeistern sich für innovative Lösungen, welche Sie mit Ihrer Leistungsbereitschaft erfolgreich umsetzen.

Sie leiten als Teilprojektleiter den Fachbereich Elektronik und koordinieren dabei ein kleines Team von Elektronik-Ingenieurinnen und Elektronik-Ingenieuren.

Anforderungen

  • Abschluss als B.Sc oder M.Sc in Elektrotechnik oder Systemtechnik mit Fokus auf Elektronik oder Regeltechnik (ETH, FH)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung elektronischer Systeme und PCBs vorzugsweise mit Altium
  • Breite Fachkompetenz in analoger, digitaler und Microcontroller-basierter Schaltungstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Kommunikationsschnittstellen wie z.B. WiFi, NFC oder Bluetooth ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Teilprojektleitung bzw. Führung von Projektteams ist ein Plus
  • Sie haben eine hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sie sind stark in der Lösungsfindung von konzeptionellen Fragestellungen, arbeiten systematisch und haben ein ausgeprägtes Systemverständnis
  • Sie arbeiten sich schnell in neue Fragestellungen und Themengebiete ein und können Konzepte gemäss den Anforderungen in Layouts und Design überführen.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
