Unser dynamisches Sustainability & Strategic Regulatory Team ist spezialisiert auf die Beratung der Finanzindustrie im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und begleiten sie bei der Bewältigung regulatorischer Herausforderungen rund um das Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Aktuell suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Team, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im Finanzsektor (Banken, Asset Manager und Versicherungen), und einem starken Interesse an Sustainable Finance.
Dein Impact- Analyse und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien: Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche (Banken, Asset Manager und Versicherungen) zusammen, um Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Analyse von Sustainability und Sustainable Finance Regulierungen: Untersuche die Auswirkungen von Regulierungen und anderen Initiativen auf nationale und internationale Finanzmarktakteure.
- Beratung unserer Kunden: Begleite unsere Kunden (Banken, Asset Manager und Versicherungen) bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer und strategischer Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
- Tiefgreifende Auseinandersetzung mit Investorenschutz, Transparenz, Sustainability und Sustainable Finance: Setze dich intensiv mit komplexen Fragestellungen im Bereich Investorenschutz, Transparenz, Nachhaltigen Finanzprodukten und vor allem Sustainability und Sustainable Finance auseinander.
- Eigenständige Analysen und individuelle Lösungen: Führe eigenständige Analysen durch, entwickle zielgerichtete Lösungen für Herausforderungen und präsentiere diese unseren Kunden.
- Publikationen: Bleibe auf dem neuesten Stand der Entwicklungen in regulatorischen und strategischen Themen und verfasse Aufsätze, Blogs und White Papers.
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unserem jungen, internationalen Team zusammen und übernehme Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte, die direkte Kundeninteraktion erfordern.
- Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten: Bei uns erwarten dich hervorragende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, vielfältige und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben sowie Unterstützung und Förderung durch unsere dynamischen Führungskräfte.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Recht oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg. Naturwissenschaftliches Studium in Kombination mit einem starken Interesse an rechtlichen- und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen rund um die Nachhaltigkeit sind ebenfalls möglich.
- Erste relevante Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, in der Finanzindustrie oder im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit sammeln.
- Leidenschaft für Sustainability und Sustainable Finance: Du bringst ein tiefes Interesse für das Thema Sustainability, Sustainable Finance und Themen wie Climate Change, Biodiversität, Wasser und Kreislaufwirtschaft mit.
- Technische Kenntnisse: Idealerweise verfügst du im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit bereits über Wissen zu Regulatorien, Rahmenwerke und Standards wie CSRD, KVI, EUAP, CSRD/ESRS, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, PRI, SBTi, TCFD, SDG, TPT, GFANZ, ISSB, GRI, PSI, FIDLEG, IDD, MiFID II, BankG, VVG.
- Sprach- und IT-Kenntnisse: Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und beherrschst MS Office, PowerPoint und Excel.
- Verständnis für Regulierungen: Flair für regulatorische Fragestellungen und ein Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
- Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und bringst deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ein.
- Motivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du möchtest in einer Position arbeiten, in der du dich weiterentwickeln kannst, Einfluss nehmen und das Beste aus dir und deinen Kollegen herausholen kannst. Du denkst in Möglichkeiten und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
