Manager Consulting (Senior Level)

Bringe deine Lust auf unternehmerisches Handeln ein und gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die Entwicklung von UNITY, unseren Kunden, unseren Mitarbeitenden und dir selbst.

Das erwartet dich:

  1. Verantworte langfristige Projekterfolge in Themenfeldern wie z.B. digitale Transformation, IT-Einführung und -Optimierung, Fabrik- und Produktionsplanung sowie Supply Chain Management von der Idee bis zur konkreten Umsetzung.
  2. Berate das Top-Management unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
  3. Stelle mit innovativen Impulsen den Markterfolg sicher.
  4. Erkenne Projektmöglichkeiten und entwickle unsere Kunden kontinuierlich weiter.
  5. Bringe die vorhandenen Kompetenzen im Team zusammen und entwickle UNITIES auf deinen Projekten weiter, um das nachhaltige Wachstum der UNITY zu fördern.

Das bringst du mit:

Du möchtest deine Beratungsexpertise mit unseren Kunden und Kollegen* teilen sowie:

  1. Must-have:
  2. Relevante mehrjährige Consulting- und Projektleitungserfahrung aus einer Managementberatung oder Industrie.
  3. Weitgefächerte Expertise in relevanten Themenfeldern wie z.B. digitale Transformation, IT-Einführung und -Optimierung, Fabrik- und Produktionsplanung, Supply Chain Management.
  4. Analytische Problemlösungskompetenz, hohe Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungswille sowie Neugierde und Unternehmergeist.
  5. Hohe Fokussierung auf Ziele, Organisation, Prozesse und Ergebnisse sowie Begeisterung für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit auf allen Unternehmensebenen.
  6. Prägnanz in Kommunikation und Präsentation (Englisch/Deutsch C1 - weitere Sprachen gern gesehen).
  7. Nice-to-have:
  8. Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung von gesamtunternehmerischen Wertschöpfungsketten.
  9. Branchenkenntnisse wie bspw. Anlage-/ Maschinenbau, Handel, HealthCare.
