Our technology will save lives, help monitor the health of submerged assets and marine environment in the rapidly growing ocean economy.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our cutting-edge production team In this role, you will be at the heart of manufacturing world-class underwater robotic and communication solutions, delivering mechanical and electronic assemblies, performing precise testing and quality control while working with advanced casting, molding, and machining techniques. You will support logistics and stock management, operate specialized tools and test benches, and ensure every product meets Hydromea’s renowned standards of excellence. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a company that is redefining the boundaries of underwater technology.We are an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourage individuals of all genders, races, and backgrounds to apply.ResponsibilitiesMechanical assembly of parts into sub-assemblies or finished productsElectronics assembly into sub-assemblies or finished productsTesting of electronic sub-assembliesCasting and moulding of polymer resin under vacuumUse of tools and test benches for electronic and mechanical elementsIncoming quality control and logistics and stock management supportMachining (CNC and conventional)Follow production sheets and quality control protocolsGuarantee the conformity and quality of parts and assembliesActively participate and assist in production process improvementsMaintain sustained production volumesYour QualificationsYou have a polymechanic CFC or title deemed equivalentYou have professional experience in batch production and job shop systemsYou have experience with electronics and electronic solderingBasic electronic testingKnowledge of quality management systems (QMS)Experience with an ERPExperience using 3D printersYou have experience and you are confident using machine shop equipmentYou are familiar with production concepts, production systems and planning tools (Lean, 5S, Kanban, route case analysis, batch production)Good level of English (technical conversations in English)Good knowledge of CAD and CAM is a plusYou are an organized and dynamic person.
